Green Shims

For use with the Disc Brake Mounting Tool.

• These shims come standard with the complete Disc Brake Mounting Tool, but they do not come standard with the single configurations.
• These are typically only used with front thru axle configurations
• Typically the 2mm shim is used when mounting any type of disc brake mount on a fork where a 12mm thru axle hub will be used
• Typically the 3mm shim is used when mounting any type of disc brake mount on a fork where a 15mm thru axle hub will be used
• A shim is sandwiched between the main tool body and the dummy axle collar using the screws provided. No additional hardware is required
